Our products are printed to order. Please review the product description, color, and size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, has a printing error, or contains the wrong item because of a fulfillment error, please email media_investments@yahoo.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the affected area.

We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund for an approved claim. Please contact us before sending anything back; a physical return is normally not needed for approved quality claims.

Size, color, and change-of-mind requests

Because each item is printed to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you selected the wrong size or color or changed your mind, except where required by applicable law. Please check the size guide before purchasing. If the item received differs from what you ordered, contact us under the process above.

Packages lost in transit

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund for an approved lost-package claim.

Incorrect addresses and returned packages

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a package is returned because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or the delivery was unclaimed, contact us promptly. Reshipping charges may apply. Do not send a return to an address on your package without contacting us first.

Refunds

We will notify you when a refund is approved. Approved customer refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
