Our products are printed to order. Please review the product description, color, and size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, has a printing error, or contains the wrong item because of a fulfillment error, please email media_investments@yahoo.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the affected area.

We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund for an approved claim. Please contact us before sending anything back; a physical return is normally not needed for approved quality claims.

Size, color, and change-of-mind requests

Because each item is printed to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you selected the wrong size or color or changed your mind, except where required by applicable law. Please check the size guide before purchasing.

Packages lost in transit

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund for an approve
